Oswald's Mill is an absolutely unique location, an 18th century Germanic house-mill in the Penn Dutch country of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. It is the only known integrally built house-mill in the United States. Located only 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Holland Tunnel,in beautiful countryside minutes from the Appalachian Trail, Oswald's Mill offers 10,000 square feet of authentic colonial space for shooting print or film.

The stone and beam structure comprises 4 floors, featuring hand planed random width planks and hand hewn beams. All original details, including the hand wrought hardware and milk paint are intact. The restoration has carefully hidden modernization, utilizing antique fixtures.

An early German idea, the house-mill incorporated a four story house with an enormous, medieval walk-in fireplace and exquisitely finished bedrooms into the industrial structure of a grist mill. Oswald's Mill features a kitchen that is antique down to the coal cook stove, filled with 18th and 19th century Dutch and Colonial utensils and equipment. On the mill side, 2000 square foot floors offer loft like spaces with fantastic light.

On site catering in any cuisine is available, using organic local produce.
